My name is Meryem Kasar. I’m Turkish and a graduate of Culinary Arts and Management, and I’ve been passionate about cooking since childhood. I’ve spent most of my life in the kitchen, refining my craft and building a deep respect for technique, taste, and consistency.

Through my work, I’ve traveled and experienced different cultures, and those experiences continue to shape my cooking every day. I truly love what I do, and I keep learning—exploring new techniques and discovering new flavors—because gastronomy always has room to grow.
